"Our Services"

Landscape Design and Find LLC will first create a beautiful landscape and pool design that incorporates your personal tastes, elements that have the highest return on investment, and the architecture and color pallet of your home. Next we will create detailed construction plans that include all the necessary engineering and horticultural elements to keep your landscape and pool beautiful for years to come.  Landscape Design & Find LLC ’s landscape and pool design services are provided by an experienced group of licensed Landscape Architects, Certified Landscape Designers, Pool Design Experts, Irrigation Design Experts, and CAD Drafters.  Each designer is a specialist in his or her respective discipline, so your design will be a collaborative effort to maximize quality.  If a civil or soils engineer, building architect or surveyor is required, we will bring them in at the appropriate time and include their specifications in our plans.  Our designs are created with AutoCAD, the standard in architectural drawing software.  AutoCAD landscape drawings are available in 2D and 3D, more accurate, clearer to read, and easier to modify than hand drawings. If you are traveling, we can email you your design in PDF format and then conduct our design meetings via conference calls. We laser print our landscape and pool design plans on oversized white bond paper and produce them in either black and white or color.

Once your design is completed, we will get you competitive bids from our network of pre qualified landscape and pool contractors to complete your landscape and pool installation. We provide the contractors with a complete set of your plans, conduct a full site survey with the contractor, and then study the bids for completeness before we present them for your approval. Finally, we will inspect the construction project at key milestones during the project to verify compliance to design. Our contractors are pre qualified for years in business, licensing, and quality of workmanship. Many of our contractors are artisans that have won numerous local awards for exceptional workmanship. They are specialists in total landscape construction and maintenance, drainage, irrigation, lighting, masonry, pool building, concrete work, water features, carpentry, sports courts and horticulture.

Our complete set of architectural drawings consist of a color concept plan, demolition/utility plan, hardscape plan, planting plan, drainage plan, irrigation plan, lighting plan, and construction detail plan.   (Please see an example of each plan on our Design Tab).  Our complete landscape designs list every major element in your landscape by quantity, product, manufacturer, model number, size, color, shape and detail.  We also offer 3D renderings for those who need help in visualizing the design.

 We price our landscape design services at a fixed cost or hourly rate based on the size of your lot and the complexity of the design.  Project management services are priced by the hour based on the scope of the project. Our clients have properties that range from 1/4 acre to 5 acres in size.  The cost of our complete design and project management service is the least expensive yet the most important component of a successful landscape and pool project.  It is your insurance that your landscape and pool will be built properly using high quality materials and engineering standards to last a lifetime.  The distinguishing characteristic of Landscape Design & Find LLC’s complete design and project management service is in the educational level of our architectural team and in the experience of our project managers.
