6. How long does a complete landscape and pool design project take ?
Our design and estimate
process takes 1-4 weeks depending on the scope of the project. Our design team meets with the client 2-4
times and the rest of the work is done at our office designing and drafting the plans.Submittals to the City
of San Diego and Home Owners Association can add upto 30 days to the process depending on complexity and backlogs.
7. Do you assist your customers in finding and selecting materials ?
Yes, we assist our clients on field trips to select the best local specimens in Vegetation, Trees
and Shrubs, Hardscape-Stone, Tile and Pavers.
8. Do you assist your clients in finding contractors?
Yes, we will provide you with the names of three contractors in your area that have
a proven track record for quality. You can then call them for bids. LDF does not warrant the work of any contractor.
